Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Due to Unavailability

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
